Personal Training 

I currently offer Personal Training sessions that take place at Clarence Park Health Suite in Malvern. These are offered with a variety of different options. We will sit down and discuss what you are looking to achieve from our sessions together, from the information provided I can then build your very own personalised training plan and workout schedule along with nutritional advice if needed. I will ensure to push your workouts to the next level while providing motivation throughout each and every session!

Sports Massage 

I am now offering Sports Massage Therapy, based at Clarence Park Village in Malvern with different time-based sessions, these being 30 and 60 minutes in duration. I am also hoping to make this service a mobile one in the near future. 

Sports massage is recognised to help maintain healthy muscles and to identify potential weakness in order to prevent injury. It can be part of a rehabilitation programme, part of a warm-up for an event and as part of the wind-down after an event.

Sports Massage speeds up the healing process of damaged or overworked muscles therefore reducing recovery time and allowing the client to regain their health and performance. It increases fitness capabilities, prevents future injury by identifying and treating current muscle weakness, tiredness and areas that may cause a problem.
